Course cancellations received 14 days before start date receive full refund. Cancellations within 7-13 days receive 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of course start or after course commencement.
We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate course transfers when possible.
9. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
Course materials, including presentations, code examples, and curriculum content, are protected by copyright and provided for individual educational use. Students may not distribute, reproduce, or commercialise course materials without explicit permission.
Student-created projects and code remain their intellectual property, though we may request permission to showcase exceptional work as examples.
10. Technical Requirements and Access
Students are responsible for maintaining appropriate computing equipment and internet access for course participation. Technical requirements are provided before course enrollment and may vary by programme.
We provide technical support for learning platforms but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control.
